Celebrate around the world! We will learn about Kwanzaa, Hannukah and Christmas in Social Studies. Every winter we celebrate holidays. Depending on our faith or background, we might celebrate Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa or Yule.   Thanksgiving Mass is this Wednesday at 10am, featuring choir comprising of students from grades 2,3,4 and 5. Parents are welcome! Please note there is no school this Thursday and Friday.                           Happy Thanksgiving ! PT CONFERENCE LINK If you have more than one child as my student, please only sign up for one slot.  5th grade homeroom students are a priority, so please understand if I have to consolidate some of the slots to accomodate 5th grade parents. As a reminder, I teach Religion to grades 2-6 and Social Studies to grades 2-4 only. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! I look forward to seeing you in person or on Zoom this Wednesday.  Wednesday 11/16 will be an early dismissal day due to PT conferences. During this month of November, we will be collecting canned food for the poor.  The class with the most donated cans will win a pizza party.  Please bring in cans.
